disconnected during sync!

Hey guys im pretty much a noob and i have a problem. I was restoring my phone 3g tonight when my laptop overheated and restarted right in the middle of the resync. Now when i try to resore it with itunesit always gives me a 1015 error when on the firmware part of the restore. I know the phone was unloked and running 4.2.1.

any help would be appreciated, thanks

Look for "error 1015 fixer" on google it's a small app which can help solve that error issue.

i've tried using tiny umbrella for that purpose, but it doesnt seem to do anything. when i kick it out of recovery modese it just restarts and goes back to the 'connect to itunes' screens. I'm using iREB to enter pwnge udf mode to select a predownloaded 4.2.1 to install but it still doesnt work. i can get 3.1.3 to load up but not 4.2.1.

And while the 4.2.1 is in recovery mode, why don't u connect it to itunes and flash iOS 4.2.1 into it?
