Hello can someone please help me? I have a problem with my phone data connection. I can use LTE just fine. I also did a Sim swap and a warranty exchange.but when I tried to use 4G there’s no data throughput. It just stopped working on its own.. IMG_0010.jpg IMG_0004.jpg

If this problem has happened with more than one iPhone it likely has nothing to do with the phone itself. Have you done your checks in other locations to see whether or not the problem is location based? Maybe there's not enough bandwidth for some reason.

I think it might be an idea to contact your Provider over this.

Are you anywhere near an Apple Store or accredited Apple Reseller?

It seems like the issue resolved itself. Something was wrong I don’t know why. But what I do know is that it works now.

After what happened I’m starting to agree. Because AT&T over here decommissioned PCS 3G service so I guess it must’ve been a network issue
