Cant use cellular data ?

Hi,
i have unlocked usa sprint iphone 4s with r sim 2 ultra s in India.
it worked fine but i cant use cellular data even with tether me v2-3-9 or custom apn using unlockit.
Any idea
As my brother having 4s of AT&T unlocked with same r sim 2 ,but he can use his cellular data very well.

Um........idk.......Rest All Settings (NOT Erase All Content and Settings!) in Settings> General Reset> Reset All Settings then try again.

I think it's problem of r sim 2 while unlocking sprint 4s
Anyone knows how to unlock sprint 4s with usable 2g & 3G services as there is also no 3G icon
