I know where to go to reset the display of the home screen.
Setting/General/Reset/Reset Home Screen Layout.

The problem is that the display is zoomed in and first I'm having a lot of trouble even going into Settings.

When I finally get that done I manage to get to General.

Then the farthest down I can go is Language & Region.

I can't go down any farther.

Any help on this?

First, turn of the zoomed display. To do that, go to Settings>Display & Brightness>Display Zoom and reset the display to standard. Now go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.

If you're using the Zoom feature in Settings - Accessibility, double tap with three fingers to zoom out. The display should turn back to standard view, and you should be able to reset your home screen.

To turn off Zoom completely, go to Settings - Accessibility - Zoom, and disable it there.

Because it's zoomed I can't get scroll down to some of the settings I need.

For instance, I get to Display & Brightness but can't scroll down to Zoomed.

Sometimes I can get to one of the Settings icones and sometimes not.

Frustrating.

I also don't see Accessibility in Settings.

Well, I managed to get the home screen back but I wonder what else got changed.

I pressed the Home and on/off buttons and held them until the phone shut off.

I pressed the on/off button again and the Apple logo came on.

A few seconds later the phone Home screen came on reset.

Did I somehow reset everything and all settings?

I hope not.

Accessibility is in Settings - General, way above Language & Region.

It's possible turning off and on again turned back your screen to normal. It will not reset your settings, or anything else.
