Can't connect to Wifi

I can no longer automatically connect with WiFi in public places where I have connected before. Did something reset when I downloaded the new IO6 software? And what should I do to correct this? Many thanks.

Once you're connected to that network, simply tap on the little blue arrow next to the name, and toggle Auto-Join to be on.
