"Cannot Comply" When trying to download winterboard and themes

Getting the message thats says "Cannot Comply" when trying to download winterboard or themes through RedSnow. What do I need to do to fix this?

Im having the same problem, also cydia wont update. the only thing i can think of is I did not run it in admin mode. because i have no clue how to do that.

happened to me earlier i downloaded the winterboard fixer on clydia and that worked. But i dont use winterboard anymore cause dreamboard is way better
