Can I restore jailb 4s 5.0.1 to 5.0.1?

I'm new to IOS and got a 64gb 4s 5.0.1 ..
Someone I know was claiming to be an expert "Cus he paid someone to jb/unlock and mod" his 4s
I found tht out later btw so I told him to try to speed my 4s up . So he told me to downloads something called icleaner and clean out the following files Cus they weren't needed SO HE SAY...so I do ... Annd now cydia nor non of my tweaks/apps work.. Well basic functions do at least tht.. Log logs dylib apk and Lang ..

How do I fix this?

Did you mean that the files that were deleted were the ones at the end?

Yes those are the deleted files

Those can't be restored because they're unique to instances. You'll have to re-restore your 4S, which we're discussing in your other thread in the Jailbreak subforum
