Blackberry curve sim to iphone 4?

Hi,

please excuse my newbness here but I'm looking for a bit of confirmation before I splash the cash

Bascially I currently have a Blackberry Curve on Orange (UK) with 1 full year left on contract (I can't get out of)

I am desperate for an Iphone 4 and my question is can I use my Blackberry Sim in an unlocked or Orange PAYG Iphone?

I understand that the Iphone uses a micro sim but i'm fairly sure i can cut my sim down successfully if required, my main concern is that my dataplan or call package will be affected - might seem a silly question but I need to be sure before I buy and cut

nothing will be effected apart from your sim that you cut down to size which you can use a adaptor if need be. but other then that it will be ok.. and it is a orange sim i take it? if you plan to use in a orange paygo they will probably lock the phone to orange.
