can anyone help me on the battery please

with most phones they say give it a full 16 hour charge from new.

with the iphone 4 i cant seem to find anything related to how to charge it.
to get the most out of it.

if your talking about activating, just go ahead and charge for a few hours then activate..

its just there is nothing on how to maintain your battery

Lithium-ion batteries require no maintenance or special care. As long as you regularly use and charge your phone, the battery will be healthy. The only thing that would kill or shorten the life of the battery is prolong exposure to heat.
