Apps Disappear when I sync with Itunes

Can Anyone can help me to avoid this problem. Every time I plug in my phone, Itunes automatically boots up. I have no problem with that. After about a minute, all my apps that were downloaded through Cydia and Installous disappear and I have to go reinstall. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Try googling your problem because I am fairly certain that installous is one of the things we aren't allowed to discuss here due to the whole piracy thing.
