Syncing - Unorganized itunes apps

From what I understand one of my tweaks has caused my itunes apps have become unorganized. Every time I want to sync I spend alot of time reorganing my itunes apps to mimic the layout on my iphone. If I just sync without redoing my itunes apps, will it unorganize the icons on my iphone?

Syncing should never reorganize your homescreen layout. Once you have positioned the icons, the apps will stay in that exact position until you manually move them or delete them from your device.

just use infinifolder .. ignore itunes organized icons ..
