Application restore after jailbreaking

Hi to you all. Right now i haven't jailbreak my iphone4, and inside i've applications that i've puchased in the application store using the account of my work mate's as he own a visa card. Now i want to jailbreak my iphone4 but before that, i've already backup all my data into my computer and also i've downloaded all the purchased applications into my computer already, will i be able to intall all those application back to the iphone after jailbreak without having to buy them once again? Or will i be able to sync the applications that i've downloaded into my computer from the itune? Thanks for lighting my issue in advance.

Yes you will, you will be able to sync your itunes apps across to your iphone after jailbreak.

True, everything will basically be the exact same, you will just have the ability to do more. Besides the loader or cydia app, nothing changes till you change it.
