App for redirecting SMS to be sent via WiFi when there's no signal

I live in the basement where I get 3 seconds of signal every now and then. So I can receive SMS when I do get a little bit of signal, but when I'm about to reply, the signal would disappear again. Very frustrating.

Is there a Cydia app that uses WiFi to send SMS when it detects that there's no signal?

Wifi does not send over SMS.

I believe there is a tweak that allows you to send and receive SMS via wifi, but it is specifically to be used on your computer, and not on the device.

What happens when you send a message?

Because SMS will send "regardless" of data signal.
