App Compatibility

I searched and could not find anything. Are there any issues with apps and the iOS 5 upgrade? I was hesitant to upgrade and with all of the people that I have heard having issues, I did not want unusable apps.

All the Apps I have transfered with no problem whatsoever. However, it take about 90 minutes all told and you could have been forgiven to think the upgrade had finished when actually ip was still uploading the apps.
