Anyone know where bootlogos are stored?

I'm having sort of a issue. I installed a Washington Redskins bootlogo and then uninstalled it. For some odd reason when I respring it's still there.

What about doing a hard rest? And if that doesn't work as well, then plug your phone to your computer and sync it with iTunes.
