Anyone found an app to access their workplace Microsoft Communicator?

Hi

Iphone 5, and I work for a company that relies heavily on Microsoft Office Communicator.

I've tried and tried, haven't been able to find a decent iphone app that would allow me to access communicator when I'm on the road, working from home, whatever. I had one a while ago, but any time you switched to another app, it disconnected you.
