Today fresh proof comes our way that the White iPhone 4 really does exist, courtesy of MacRumors, where forum member Bandolier posted a screenshot from the newly updated Apple Store app, which, when you press Store > Reservations > Reserve >Products > iPhone, finally lands you at a screen with the option to reserve a 16GB White iPhone 4, from $199, and a 32GB White iPhone 4 from $299.
Unfortunately though, when other MacRumors forum members investigated further, they found that on pressing either of the 16GB or 32GB White options, nothing whatsoever happened other than they got to see the following message pop up: “Because of high demand, we are not currently taking iPhone reservations.” As disappointing as the message is to he or she who seeks the White iPhone 4, it still sounds a little more hopeful than the old “White iPhone currently unavailable for order or in-store pickup” message that has taken up residence on the Apple.com site.
One step closer to getting your hands on a white iPhone 4? Believe it!
