another convert with a few questions

I'm a new arrival from the android camp. I received my phone 5 days ago. I constantly impressed at how well thought out the whole apple experience is. I had an HTC Evo for a year, which was ok once you changed to a larger battery. The only thing I find lacking is the integration of the voice guided GPS. The android GPS works seamlessly from the calendar and the browser. Also Telenav and Google Maps voice guided GPS are included in the package.
Otherwise, I delighted at how well email works-I can see all my folders now! The only change I've made is to swap up from 16gb to 32 gb. Just to hold more content I would have never used on Android. Also
the GPS options almost outweigh the integration issues. Telenav, after the Sprint update, often sucks-giving wildly inaccurate directions with a few miles of the destination(BOO!)!
Another question:can you bump apps from friends phones?
