A good monitor makes a huge difference

I just picked up an LG monitor (IPS, 1920x1080 native resolution). The beauty of OS X Mavericks on a good monitor is simply astounding! I had been using a cheap monitor with 1360x768 native resolution, and although OS X was beautiful, it just didn't seem right.

Lesson learned..a good monitor can make a world of difference.

I always recommend apple displays as they are fully calibrated cost more but simply the best
