3GS insurance questions

If you have insurance on the 3GS and something ""Happens"" to it, can you get the iPhone 4 instead of a replacement 3GS? If so what's the best insurance to go with? (I dont wanna pay the early upgrade fee plus the price of the phone)

That would be very easy. I think if you have insurance for iPhone 3GS and something happen to your phone, you will get an iPhone 3GS for replacement, not a 4g.

my case.I got the new replacement for hardware problem..but since no stock for 16gb then I need to add 40USD to get 32 gb. cannot get 4g for trade in
