iPhone 4 insurance question

As I've stated, I recently upgraded to an iPhone 4 from my old 3g, they offered me insurance via the app store in i Tunes. My question is this, IF I install this insurance thing on my phone, what are the odds that something in that insurance app will detect if my iPhone has been jailbroke or not? It's not currently jailbroke, but, I'd like to do it, after all, isn't that why people buy an iPhone?

Insurance is likely to be cheaper from somewhere else, like your bank.
