How to transfer insurance to new iphone

Does anyone know how to transfer your verizon insurance do a different phone? I just bought a iPhone 5s on craigslist but I have insurance still on my old iPhone 5. How do I switch that insurance I'm paying for on to my 5s? I know that people do it but I don't know how to do it. Help?
