2- iphone 4 syncing to icloud?

getting another iphone 4 in a couple days and wondering if i have to have 2 itunes accounts to keep the info from being shared

From what I have figured out with my two phones, on a family plan, you need seperate accounts for icloud. I am guessing itunes also, since it will sync with only one phone?

You have got two iPhone?? iPhone 4S is my christmas gift and ..... I don't know whether my friend reallly sent it to me...
