Will the 4.3 jailbreak work for 4.3.1, too?

I updated once, and I updated twice. The first time was by mistake. I wanted to stay on 4.2.1 originally, but the iPhone 4 is brand new and has been used and cannot be used for me at the moment, so I have no "SHSH blobs".
