Will iOS 6 Jailbreak work on iPhone 4 with Gevey?

Hello,

I really want to upgrade my software from 5.1.1 to 6.0 or higher to be able to install features like Siri Navigation, but i have a simlock that's atm unlock by Gevey (not sure which version is it, but i think the most common should be it) insert. If I preserve baseband (like i did last time when updating to 5.1.1 - it's 02.10.04) and update to jailbroken e.g. 6.0 will it work, or will my iPhone turn into expensive paperweight?

AFAIK, the Gevey Ultra for the iPhone 4 does not support iOS 6. I've tested this on one of my colleague's GSM iPhone 4 on iOS 6.1. The R-SIM 7 I believe does, but I can't confirm since I only have Geveys at hand.
