Why can't Siri take any commands right now?

I am a new 4s user and several times when I access siri, she hesitates and then says "I am sorry about this, but I can't take any....." What is up with this? Thanks in advance..

Just kidding - Siri requires a connection to the server to work. You might be in an area where reception is poor or the server might be overloaded. Sometimes toward the end of a business day - probably when more people are using Siri, I have trouble getting her do respond or maybe she's just had a hard day?

not to forget that siri is still under development, so siri might not be stable to use from time to time.

Yeah i sometimes get that response from siri too when asking a question on my iPhone 4.
