Maybe smooth for some but not everyone. The minor fact that the order had to place through the "primary" verizon account and no one informing the customers has left some with orders still showing: "We received your order and it is in process."

Mine's coming out of West Chester, PA also. I am in the same boat, with only a departure scan and no estimated arrival time.

Mine has been stuck on "picked up" in Memphis since early Friday morning. I checked the weather in Memphis and it's not looking too bad today or tomorrow. It's going to be a long weekend (which, under normal circumstances, would be a good thing! )
