1. Well, you are wrong. Jail breaking is legal. What is illegal is to download, install and use applications that you did not payed for. So no need for any changes in Federal Law. Please be clear in your answers.
2. Could you advice me how to do it?. I just do not know how. Thanks.

Hmmm...that's a no brainier.

An iBoot level exploit that allows a jailbreak.

That is it. Nothing else would ever ever ever make me wanna get the iPhone 5...Except for that.

My jailbroken iPhone 4, it can do everything the the stock 4S does.

When the iPhone 5 comes....I'm sure my jailbroken 4S will be able to do at least most of what the iPhone 5 does....might not be able to do everything it does...but it will definitely be able to do *more*.
