What to do with my iPhone 4 (5.1)?

I have an iPhone 4 jailbroken (5.1)
This is my Cydia


I wanna know what options do i have to upgrade it, since i am facing a lot of troubles with the 5.1 version ( a lot of bugs and hangings ), and kindly i would like you to point me to where i can find instructions to upgrade it.
