What is the default Clock in the iPhone 4S (iOS 5.1)

Okay, so I have iPhone 4S's and iPad 3's... The iPad3 doesn't have a Clock app installed by default. I would like to install the same Clock that's on my iPhones to the iPads. I need them to sync like the calendars and notes do...

Can someone enlighten me on this please?
