Changing Default Browser on 4s

Purchased an I phone 4s for teenage son. We use "Safe Eyes" Internet protection on home macs and they have a mobile browser for Iphone that uses the same user settings. My question is that after disabling Safari on the Iphone 4s, Siri no longer is able to search the Web. Is there a work around to change the default browser that Siri uses?
