What does this title bar icon mean?

I can't seem to post a photo so I'll try to describe it:

It's a circle with an arrow (clockwise) with a lock in the center.

Can anyone describe what this means?

Portrait lock is on just means you can't auto rotate the screen. Double press the home button and swipe to the right and press the lock to turn it off.

It means you have locked the autorotation on the device.

To enable/disable screen rotation... double click your home button to bring up the task manager, then swipe to the right once or twice (can't remember right off which) until you see a padlock. Click the padlock to enable/disalbe screen rotation to landscape mode.
