Weak signal?

Just got I5 and the signal is weaker than my 4s. I have a clear case on it. Any idea why or configure?

Unless you are looking at the raw dBm numbers and you have a pretty good idea what the tower capacity is, the bars mean just about nothing in the grand scheme of things.
