voicemail wont cut in

my iphone 4s just keeps ringing and wont go to voicemail anyone know how to set amount of rings before voicemail cuts in ?

Do you have it set up? Is it working at all? How many rings does it take if it is working? What carrier are you using?

Hi there it used to work im on tmobile, in now just rings and voicemail doesn't pick up the call , ive tried the various ring timer resets but cant getn a voicemail number up ????

Call T mobile..it's a carrier issue.
