Using 2 External mics

Hi
I want to record audio into my iphone using two external microphones simultaneously. I'm a media trainer so for a realistic delegate experience I want to use conventional looking mics rather than clip mics. Any advice on whether this can be done and best mic/app to use very gratefully received.
