The iPhone 4, 4S, and 5 are all compatible with iOS 7. You can download it beginning on the 18th.

iOS 7 will not be publicly released until Wednesday. When it is released, it will be known as iOS 7.0.

I have a iphone 4S and iPad retina display, in my iphone 4S in settings general software is anything available to upgrade, it says: IOS 6.1.3 your software is up to date. The iPad is dowloading also the IOS 6.1.3. Today was not the release of IOS7 to iphones 4, 4S and 5, and ipads?

iPad update comes later i believe.
