Upgrade ios version after jailbreak

Can I upgrade my iOS version after I jailbreak my phone?? If can, what are the steps that I need to follow?? Please advise and I really appreciate it. Thanks....

Depend on the tool you will use, u can either upgrade directly using iTunes or use redsnow or pwnage tool to upgrade and jailbreak at the same time.

you can upgrade and there is a jb to either 4.2.8 or 4.3.3 and use any tool out there like pwnage tool or swn0wbreeze or redsn0w
