Updating apps issues

I guys

When I update more than one app at a time I sometimes find it gets to the end if the update and gets stuck and says "loading". I have left it for more than an hour and the blue progress bar remains. To stop this I have to turn my phone off and on and when I turn it back on, even though the app has updated, it's been taken out of the folder and placed on one of the pages.

Any ideas why this occurs????
