unlocking inactive iphone 4 without sim and broken sleep button

Is there any way to unlock an inactivated Iphone 4? I don't have an AT&T sim card and the sleep button is stuck.

Unfortunately you can't unlock that baseband and iOS combination without an IMEI factory unlock. The Gevey SIM is not compatible with that combination on the 4 at the moment. They're still working on the software component for that baseband for the 4 as well as 04.11.08

I don't even think they're working on it anymore... unless it's an unknown that's still digging away at it. These last three iPhone 4 BB's seem impenetrable!! :-(
