Undeleting pictures and texts

I'm trying to figure out ow to undelete some photos and texts that where accidentally deleted from my iPhone 4. I see all kinds of things on the internet. Any help would be wonderful

Unfortunately, there are endless possibilities when it comes to the internet and data recovery software... none of which I have ever seen work or recover any pics or data the way they imply. Plus, they cost a ridiculous amount of money. Your best option is to always have a regular backup of your iDevice in the event that these events take place.
