unable to change sim card

Hi I am new to this site my name is Bob I am trying to change the sim card on my iPhone 4 I have tried using the tool that came with the phone but the sim slot will not open any ideas please

hi,it is a bit tricky at first,you need to push it well and firmly in and it should open.
