new version problem

i tried downloading the new version on my iphone 4 but since it`s a turbo sim a message poped up on my screen statin "only compatible sim cards from asupported carrier may be used to activate iphone please insert the sim card that came with your iphone or visit a supported carriers store to receive a replacement sim card" the problem is i`m from israel and i don`t have an AT&T sim card so what should i do i`m desperate

What's the bb of your iPhone? Go to settings> about/ to find it there.

the problem is that i can`t open the phone i can`t do nothing with it it`s on but all i have is a message on the screen that sim is not valid
