Three price increase

My wife has a 4S on Three and they texted her in April saying the monthly fee would rise due to inflation. Anyone else had this? I thought inflation was going down not up.

If she's in a contract... they can't raise the price, simple as that. However, if she's on a pay as you go... it's free game for increases.

im on 3 and my time for using up free stuff has changed from 90 days to 45 days which means i need to top up more often,i guess times are hard for businesses everywhere.

She is on contract. I spoke to Three and apparently they can do it. Not happy.

Wow... that completely contradicts the point of having a "Contract" w/ someone. I'd definitley look over the contract agreement AND be in contact w/ the Better Business Buearu, or similar, for sure!!
