Themes for unjailbroken?

Just jailbreak your phone. Its a simple and easily reversible process if you don't like it.

I have jailbroken 4s I've jailbreak each time and I have about 20 themes. The problem I have everytime I update it puts my phone in recovery, it's not that I couldn't get it out of recovery but it's just the feelng that something goes wrong. Because of that I'm still on 5.0.1 and don't want to update. I guess the only way to theme is being jailbroken?

Yes, the only way to theme is to jail break. Without a jailbreak, the only "theming" you can do it change the lockscreen and sprinboard wallpapers.
