Help!!

I just installed FolderEnhancer on iOS 5 and now my icons won't theme! The rest of the theme works but the icons stay the way they come unjailbroken.

FolderEnhancer allows you to add more than 12 items to a folder and customize how the folders look, it does not theme icons.

I know that but none of my icons will theme at all. Not even the ones outside the folder. I have a different theme that I want to use to theme the icons but even after I uninstalled FolderEnhancer no icons at all will theme.
