hi, I have a new iphone and when I started using it the sounds were all good, ie ringer worked, it made a noise when I got a new message etc. Now for some reason none of the sounds work. The switch on the side is turned on and I have all the sounds turned on under settings. does anyone have any other ideas for me to try?

sounds like he turned the mute on by accident
No he mentioned that the switch on the side of the phone is on.
