I keeping getting error 3194 in itunes HELP

Ive google and ive Youtubed

Does your iPhone screen go white and then you get the error?
If so you need to uninstall iTunes and Apple mobile device support restart and then reinstall iTunes.
I had a similar issue and just used a different PC.

Ive reinstalled iTunes as well.

There is no white screen just black
