Hello, when I try opening Siri she would tell me something like "uh oh there is a problem" or something like that, does anyone else have that problem

No, don't have that problem with my iPhone 4S, try to hard reset it and also try it on a wifi (Not on 3G) see if it makes any difference.

Yes got that a few times if your downloading an app or your phones using Internet Siri will tell you to ask later
