Siri not ready for international release

I would figure siri is not ready for international release. Language support, and location support not withstanding, Siri needs to connect to the servers in America to make sense of most commands in a variety of idoms e.t.c The lag of sending information to america and back from ,let's say Korea, would make Siri slower than it's state counterparts by a few seconds. Apple would have to install severs in key areas of the world to provide smooth operation of siri. I don't think they have done it yet, so i expect that when the Iphone 4s is released farther away, that it's services will be slower.
