Siri & bluetooth problem?

Quite a lot of the time when i go to use siri it tells me to try again a little later, and my signal is allways fine? What could the problem be?

Aswell i have bluetooth in my car for the phone, i tried to connect but ither device couldnt find each other? Is there an app i need to download?

Siri needs Internet connection on your iphone , was your 3G signal ok while you had problem getting siri to connect ???
